Can you expedite my order?
We will make every effort to meet your needs as quickly as we can. Please email us to let us know what your time frame is. With the exception of very large orders, we are normally able to ship within 24 hours.

How do you calculate shipping costs?
All shipping costs are calculated by weight, so depending on how much you order, your actual shipping will vary. If you need an order to be expedited, we can do it at priority shipping rates. Orders are customarily sent via USPS.

Can I use your soap every day?
Yes! Goat’s milk and glycerine are very gentle on the skin, so our soap is perfect for daily use.

Got any tips for taking care of my soap?
In order to keep our soap fresh and minimize any damage, we package our soap immediately after the cooling process is complete. We recommend keeping your soap in its packaging until you are ready to use it. This will help it maintain its freshness and will keep it looking as beautiful as the day it arrived.
